She holds a master’s degree from a QS Top 100 university.
In 2009, she founded WELL Experience Innovation Consulting, one of China’s earliest institutions focusing on experience consulting. Over 12 years, it has served top enterprises such as Tencent, Huawei, BYD, GAC, Midea, Haier, Hisense, OPPO, VIVO, Ping An Bank, and China Merchants Bank. Through the integration of insight, strategy, design, and technology, she has helped these enterprises enhance brand, product, and service experiences, driving their business growth.
In 2017, she co-initiated and collaborated with over 80 institutions to establish the "Shenzhen Experience Industry Association," serving as Co-Chairman and Chairman of the Expert Committee. In the same period, she founded the MVX (Most Valuable Experience) Award and served as its Jury President. Leveraging the dual platforms of the association and the award, she aggregated resources from academia and industry, becoming a leader in experience industry standards and a key driver of the industry ecosystem.

With over a decade of practice in the consumer and intelligentization sectors, Zhou Rong has refined and built a complete experience innovation methodology, focusing on transforming "experience design" into "experience strategy" and "experience management." From courses like Experience Strategy and Experience Management to corporate practical training workshops, she helps enterprises and universities cultivate experience-driven leadership and organizational capabilities.
